Day before Thanksgiving, but he and Zach were on it. Drove me to a hotel in the next town, found me an axle and picked it up. Replaced it and picked me up on Thanksgiving and sent me on my way. Drove it 1800 miles over the next few days and never heard a squeak. Solid work guys. I recommend them for any car or truck. They work on diesels too. This is no ordinary shop. “I blew out my duals on my motorhome a couple weeks ago late in the evening. I ended up in Tally's lot in the middle of the night. When they came in to unlock the next morning I explained my dilemma. They had one tire on hand and I needed seven as I had decided to replace all the old tires as I had five hundred miles to go before getting home. Long story short, they made a couple phone calls, had seven tires delivered before noon, and I was on the road a little after lunch. And they did this while taking care of their regular customers. Old time service such as they provided to me, a person passing through was awesome and rarely seen today. Some of the best service I have seen in years. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Prices were reasonable as well when they could have gouged me extra dollars. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicle.

I called them from Champaign, trying to help a friend in Martinsville who was having issues with her car, she thought it was her starter. It was late evening time and I think they may have even been closed for the night, but they offered to drive out to where my friend was and take a look at her car before having her tow it anywhere. The assessed her car and said that it wasn't actually the starter but the battery. They saved her from spending a ton of money and they were so fast at getting to her and helping her that I'm sure they saved her some stress as well.”

After two hours the truck was fixed, and they were able to do it without parts since what had occurred was that the fuel pump had come loose.
